1 About the service
Life for Orphan is a secure system for orphan schools and donors. It manages schools, orphans, guardians, sponsorships, donations, attendance, results, expenses, campaigns and reports, and works online and offline on mobile, tablet and PC.
2 Accounts and roles
- Master Super Admin: creates and manages all other users and has full system access.
- Admin (Head Office): manages schools, users, donations and reports across the organisation.
- School Admin: manages only their own assigned schools, orphans, attendance and expenses.
- Donor / Sponsor: views only their own donations and sponsorships.
- Volunteer: helps only within the access given by an Admin.
Accounts are created by the Master Super Admin. There is no public self-registration on the login page.
3 Your responsibilities
- Keep your username, email or phone and password private. Never share your login with another person.
- Enter accurate information. Schools are responsible for the accuracy of their orphans, attendance and expense records.
- Use the system only for its intended purpose: supporting orphan schools and children.
- Do not try to access data, schools or accounts outside your assigned role.
- Do not upload harmful, false or unrelated files.
An orphan's CNIC, home address and sensitive documents must never be shared outside the system, copied to a donor, or posted publicly. Any misuse of children's data may lead to immediate suspension of the account.
4 Donations and sponsorships
Donations recorded in the system are verified by an authorised Admin before they are treated as confirmed, and a receipt number is generated for confirmed donations. Sponsorships link a donor to a child for support, but do not give the donor access to the child's private details. For any donation, refund or receipt question, contact support below.
5 Acceptable use
You must not misuse the system, attempt to bypass security or role checks, interfere with other users, or use the system for any unlawful purpose. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or removed by the Master Super Admin.
6 Availability and offline use
The system is designed to work online and offline for attendance, with offline entries syncing when connection returns. We aim for reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for loss caused by a user's device, internet connection, or failure to sync offline data.
7 Privacy
How personal and children's data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using Life for Orphan, you agree to that policy as well as these terms.
8 Changes and termination
These terms may be updated, and the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. The Master Super Admin may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, or that is no longer authorised.
